Our products are often specifically ordered for the people or persons who purchase them, which limits our ability to resell them. This means your products are truly tailored to you! Thank you for understanding our situation, and committing to your purchases with us.
Shipping
We provide free shipping for all our out-of-town customers. Only initial shipping is complimentary. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred for exchanges.
Exchange Policy
If your product has a manufacturing defect, we accept exchanges for 60 days following your receipt of the product. Please include pictures of the defect when communicating with us about the exchange. Shipping costs in the case of manufacturing defects are covered by Wellnecity.
For size exchanges, please request the exchange within 30 days following the receipt of your product. The exchanged item must be unused and all packaging—with the exception of 1 package opened to sample the size—must be unopened.
Shipping costs are not included in the size exchange process. Most commonly, this results in a charge to ship from your location to our location, and from our location back to your location. If you are able to pick up or drop off your exchanged items directly at our store, the shipping fee will not be charged.
Exchange Process
Before beginning the exchange process, please check to ensure your product is eligible for exchange:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked
- In their original condition, and
- In the original packaging with any accessories originally included in the box.
Local Customers:

Non-Local Customers:
Please ship your original item to us at your own cost in its original packaging:
- Do not tape or apply labels/stamps to the original box;
- Please wrap the box in paper or enclose it inside another box for shipping;
- Enclose the receipt as well as a note explaining the reason for exchange;
- Do not tape or apply labels/stamps to the original box;

Customers must send the item back prepaid (not C.O.D). Any C.O.D. orders will be
refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your
original item. We will then ship your new item to you at your expense. At Wellnecity, our goal is to help each customer find products that fit their unique needs. Our exchange policy helps us specialize your products while ensuring fair exchange. Thank you for understanding and following our exchange process.
Cancellation Policy
Wellnecity Inc cannot cancel your order after it has been processed. In order to get your items to you as quickly as we can, we process orders soon after they have been placed.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can. If you let us know before your order has been processed, we can cancel it for you. Otherwise, please consider exchanging your order for another item in our catalog. We have a broad range of products that can satisfy a variety of medical needs, and we hope you will find something that suits you. Please note our exchange policy and process above.
